Application Fee
Per event application
- One-time, non-refundable fee
- Covers organizer review + admin costs
- Paid before organizer reviews your application

Organizer-paid gig fee
10% only when an organizer pays a vendor directly
- Applies only to organizer-paid gigs (weddings, corporate events, private bookings)
- Organizer enters the payout amount; FoodieRow calculates its 10% platform fee
- Vendors see the net payout before deciding to apply
- Does not apply to vendor event sales or organizer-collected sales commission
FoodieRow does not take a percentage of vendor sales. For paid gigs, organizers enter the payout amount, FoodieRow calculates its 10% platform fee, and vendors see the net payout before applying. A service/platform fee may apply at booking confirmation.
