We only make money when real bookings happen — so our incentives are aligned with yours.
Booking Commission
On organizer-paid gigs only
- Applies only when an organizer pays a vendor directly (weddings, corporate events, private bookings)
- Organizer enters the payout amount; FoodieRow calculates its 10% platform fee
- Vendors see the net payout before deciding to apply
- Does not apply to vendor event sales or booth-fee events
Booth / Vending Fee
Set by the organizer, paid after selection
- Only applies to events where the organizer charges vendors a booth or vending fee
- Vendors are never charged until after they are selected and accept the spot
- The booth fee amount is set by the organizer and shown on the event listing
- FoodieRow holds the fee and releases it to the organizer after the event
